Tonight I was out for the twenty-seventh birthday of the esteemed Mr Jonathan Moore, AKA Fannymuffin. I ate too much, I drank to much and I ranted at the lovely Mistress Cheps (I've referred to her as such as long as I can remember as she refers to me as Master Robert Wells). There was a debate on the relative merits of Britney Spears and one on the changes that would need to happen to british culture if our binge drinking society is to be quelled. I'm not sure if the question is why do I only see these lovely people once a year, or aren't I lucky I see these people at least once a year.

Why do the birds sing so loud in the dark?

Birds sing so loud in the dark because they can't see each other, rabbits on the other hand, who eat a lot of carrots and therefore have excellent night vision, are very quiet.
