Long but lovely day today.

Kept getting offers of cake. I've given up shop bought cake and habitual tea for lent. Bum.

When I came home, Oscar had half of my dinner and I had half of Robert's. Then we watched Pauline and Paulette (one of the weirdest films I've ever seen) and then Demolition Man (Woohoo!).

My eyes have ached all day. Like I'm forgetting to blink.

Edit:
Album of the day was Claudio Baglioni's Sogno di una notte di note. I had absolutely no idea who he was. I thought for a minute I might be getting opera, but instead it was an aging latin lothario's live album. Genuinely good. Felt, well, vital.

Ahhh, Demolition Man. One of the best delineations of a pure Chaotic Evil character ever (Phoenix).

Quiz question - what alignment do you think John Spartan is?

I've given up the habitual four cups of tea with four slices of cake per day. Last year I gave up tea and just ended up having habitual fruit teas instead and still taking the cake.
