It's been, like, two weeks since I updated.

I've started rehearsals for the next theatrical project, going by the working title of "The Milne Thing". All is looking good, but we're at a first draft kind of stage. More of that this weekend.

I've been to Sin City at the Electric Ballroom with the delightful turpentinekiss_. As ever it wasn't the happiest floor, a very strange mix of tunes and a lot of wankers ensure that, but it had it's moments. Fucked my calves when they played Just. Scared some people when they played Hey Bartender. Unfortunately, turpentinekiss_ and her party left around 3, and had a very eventful journey on, where I stayed dancing to All My Best Friends Are Metalheads, Beer and Epic (which was my earworm on leaving MF a fortnight before) and the night finished on The Jackson 5's ABC and One Step Beyond.

I've followed a man following people around the Tate Modern, seen the spurious crowd, didn't kiss the man through the glass, and sat between the mirrors.

I've seen Nine Inch Nails at Brixton, and they were so much better this time. Maybe they were just better with someone to hold my hand through Hurt, but I've heard reports that it was the best night of the tour. For anyone interested:
NIN Setlist Brixton 10/03/07
Mr. Self Destruct
March of the Pigs
Closer (with The Only Time)
The Becoming (I was screaming through this)
Help Me I Am In Hell
La Mer/Into the Void (with inevitable keyboard throwing)
No You Don't
Only (which I now love)
Gave Up
Dead Souls (a very happy surprise)
Hurt (who doesn't cry?)
The Hand That Feeds (hit like a sledgehammer)
Head Like a Hole

I've eaten some very nice food, mastered a CD, dealt with Creative customer services, sent fan mail, taken pictures and started transposing music into Cmaj/Amin in my sleep.

The world is my shellfish.
