The Show last weekend was pretty damn funky. I got to wear my gayest clothing and beat my mate with a crop. I got to be knocked out with an enormous gold cock. I got to shout "If any of you fucking pricks move I'll execute every fucking mother last one of you!". I got presented with the Tom Cruise - Top Gun award for Low Flying in a Performance. I spent time with some lovely people. Bondzo made his first stage appearance. I had great fun editing porn sounds for the sampler.

Of course I also half killed myself with the stress, but what else is there to do in show week?

Tonight is Wii night. Have you pre-ordered yours? What do you mean, you don't know what it is? It's the single greatest thing in the history of mankind. I've been waiting for tonight since I first got to play Metroid Prime 3 quite a while ago now. There are now four of us to be queueing up outside Game in Oxford Street. I'm quite excited as I've never done the Buying-at-the-launch thing. I'm normally sensibly having cocoa watching people waiting in the rain.

Wii is here. Wii will soon be mine.

It was a mistake to look at this entry in front of people. Laughing to the point where im looking a little crazy. The show was briliant, the costume was hilarious and the whipping was verging on x-rated. Your obsession with the Wii is adorable.

Can i asume Bondo is who i think he is???

glad it all went wonderful dear. Enjoy your wii. We really do need to get together for a catch-up, but I never seem to catch you these days. I'm assuming you will be spending some of the Christmas-ness time in dear old Coventry. Let me know when- I feel some dog-ness coming on.x.

The show sounds like fantastic fun. Congratulations on your award, btw. *lol*

I'm afraid I'm undecided on the Wii. It does look pretty damned cool but I'm a slave to Sony - I love my Playstation. And the jokes have already started about the name. Cue jokes in the pub along the lines of "I'm just going for a Nintendo".

My favourite quote on the subject came from, I believe, the BBC: "Microsoft and Sony are slugging it out for the biggest, the fastest... Nintendo have decided to settle for world domination."

The Wii isn't the best games console of the current generation. It is the best thing ever. If you want to get a PS3, then do. There are lots of things I've been drooling at on my friends XBox360. But get a Wii as well. They are amazing.

Embrace the Wii!
