An experimental bread and butter pudding sits waiting its turn in the oven. Well, pain au chocolat and butter pudding.

But basically I haven't done anything.

Recipe (as made):
Ingredients:
1 pint milk
1 dash vanilla essence
1 dash almond essence
1 lonely egg
1 pinch nutmeg
butter
jam
honey
caster sugar
2 stale pain au chocolat
1 last crust of bread

Method:
butter a dish, chop the bready things, coat in butter, jam and honey, line the dish. beat everything else together, pour over, sprinkle a little extra sugar on top. Leave in the middle of an oven at 180'C for 40 minutes. Scoff.

Delicious.
